Last week Balmacewen took their biggest group ever to the Otago Athletics Champs. 95 students competed which was a fantastic effort. The above photo shows the students who placed in an event.

This term our class has been working on a creative writing unit to bring together all of their writing skills in Narrative form. While they have been given a scaffold of a fantasy story - Escape from Kraznir - students have added to the plot, used their imaginations and produced some stunning writing.
