Hockey players progressing well

We have four Balmac teams entered into the Intermediate hockey competition on a Friday night. All teams are working well together as a team and making great progress. Keep up the good work everyone. Also, a special thank you to our parent supporters, our coaches and the referees. Remember all draws are on the school website under sport, hockey.

Final Cushion rotation for 2018

The last rotation of Year 7 students have started with the cushion making unit. This week and last week, the students have been learning about their chosen machine, learning the essential parts of it, learning to thread it correctly before learning how to sew and going on to sit their sewing machine driving licence.

Kaikorai Kids Kill it at the Hockey Turf

The Kaikorai Gold hockey team smashed straight into the season with an outstanding game. The bold year fives and sixes who make up the team took to the turf on Wednesday the 16th. It was a rainy day but that wasn’t stopping these fabulous hockey players from playing their hardest against the enemy team - Warrington. We went down to McMillan turf to observe this exciting game.
