The final group of Y7's are working hard in the kitchen

The second unit focuses on the stakeholder and their choices. Learning that cooking for others means thinking about other flavours and combinations. Each session allows the students to work in their pairs, or solo to create unique flavours. We start with loaded potatoes, then designer Anzac biscuits, pasta from scratch, layered granola, bread, lentil burgers and finishing with a Cake-in-a-Cup. So many options - and so many good combinations.
