Girls Kiwi Tag

On Friday 17th May, we entered 3 teams in the Otago Kiwi Tag competition

Balmacewen entered 3 teams, Balmacewen Tigers, Pumas and Lions. Held at Bishopscourt on Friday 17th May in fantastic conditions, each team played 3 games. With 7 teams in the Y7-8 Girls grade, the final was between the top 2 teams. Balmacewen Pumas played Tahuna Green in the final. A great game was played with the teams going try for try, but on fulltime Tahuna was 1 try ahead.

All the girls were amazing and gave each game their everything. All them enjoyed learning their league sessions with Oscar the ORL development officier.
