Term 3 update

What is happening in Room 6 this term 

Kia ora Parents and Caregivers,

I hope you all have had a great two weeks with your child at home. This term our topic focus is on CHANGE and coping with change and the challenges that arise from change. We have a Year 7 rotation on FOOD-FITNESS-(and being)FOCUSED. We are teaching about the body systems- skeletal, digestive, respiratory, circulatory. We also have our pubertal change unit to teach. Some dates in Term 3 that are important to noteWeek 1 - Parent interviewsWeek 2 - Tuesday - Southland Sports Exchange for selected pupils Week 3 - Monday - Otago science fair for selected pupils, Wednesday - Open Night - some children will be helping out. Friday - School cross country Week 5 - Tuesday - full day visit to the anatomy museum, high performance centre, Forsyth Barr stadium tour, Uni pol.
