Our FFF Family Bag!

Last week our orders went out for our FFF Family Bags. We would like to say a huge thank you to the families who supported this business - this is the first time we have done this PBL project and there was a lot of learning along the way.

Our FFF bags had a huge range of things to support family fun,  fitness and focus. It was great to see how well our final products turned out and the students and teachers were really happy with the end results.

In our bags we ended up with  a Food bag with a healthy family meal of Asian Inspired Beef and cauliflower rice. Thanks to Kaans  who delivered all  of our fresh produce on the Friday. To go with our delicious meal the rest of our bags contained healthy snacks and recipes for snacks such as bliss balls and hummus.

From our physical activity group we had links to Taleblazer activities, Yoga,  fitness cards, a family challenge around Dunedin and a link on the website to a dance challenge.

Our mental health and wellbeing group included in the bag instructions for card games, mindfulness colouring in, a lavender sleep linen spray, plants and seeds to grow along with a pansy plant to add colour to your life.

Well done to the Magazine Editing group and the website team who put together many useful articles, ideas and activities for the health and wellbeing of families.

It was fantastic to see how students stepped up to the challenge and there was a lot of learning along the way. We hope those who purchased the FFF bags enjoyed them and thank you for supporting us and for the great feedback.
