Netball

This season the Balmacewen netball teams have finished strongly, they have all worked very hard and had lots of fun. We are very grateful for all the parents and staff that have helped manage and coach the teams, they have done a great job.
Here are some of the players' thoughts on their season…
“When the Orange team got bumped up a grade they all felt that they adjusted to it very quickly” said Madeline.
Lots of shooters have agreed that their shooting has improved heaps since the start of the season.
“All the teams loved trying out new positions and playing in them”
“Balmacewen teams are all supportive and have each others backs”
“The Grey team enjoyed having a massive lolly scramble at the end of the game”
“All the teams have improved drastically throughout this season”
In all, another successful netball season for our Balmac teams.
We would also like to thank all of the umpires who give up their time to learn the rules and officiate our games each Thursday - great work umpires!
