2 Raw Sisters & Harold

Life Education is pleased to announce that next term they will be visiting Balmacewen Intermediate with 2 Raw Sisters.
We are looking forward to hosting a presentation from Harold and the 2 Raw Sisters. Rosa and Margo will demonstrate two recipes from their recipe book. The presentation will include/;
- healthy, easy snacks
- quick lunch and dinner ideas
- using and substituting plant-based ingredients
- inspiration to get creative in the kitchen.
They are running adult workshops throughout NZ over May and June. The closest ones to Dunedin are Invercargill - 21 June and Wanaka on June 24th.
