Year 7 Art Gallery Trip

A number of Year 7 students were lucky enough to take part in an extension opportunity at the Art Gallery. Level 2 restrictions meant that our whole class sessions were unable to go ahead, but four groups of students all had a workshop with John Neumegen.
The four sessions focused on different art ideas and follow up tasks from portraits and emotions to abstract art. The students had the opportunity to explore art works in the gallery and then compete a workshop. These students will follow up on their ideas back in the classroom to help run sessions for other students later this year.
