The third group of Year 8 have started the term off with some amazing pastry making skills.
Choux, short and puff pastry have all been attempted in the last couple of weeks. Along with spaghetti bolognaise, macaroni cheese, dumplings and savoury scones which have allowed for some flavoursome ideas to circulate. The students are now busy planning their pies with their ideas.
