Welcome to the parents and students of Room 3 2016.

I hope you have had a relaxing summer holiday. We have an exciting first term here at Balmacewen jam-packed with a lot of learning experiences both inside and outside of the classroom. Some important dates to put in your diary are:

Week 2:

Mon 8th Feb: Waitangi Day, no school.

Wed 10th Feb: Meet the teacher evening 7pm school hall.

Wed 10th Feb: Room 3 First Swimming Lesson

Wed 10th Feb: Kiwigolf Lesson

Week 3:

Tues 16th Feb: Room 3 Aquarium Visit

Wed 17th Feb: Swimming

Thurs 18th Feb: Music lessons begin.

Fri 19th Feb: School Powhiri

Week 4:

Wed 24th Feb: Swimming

Fri 26th Feb: Newsletter #2 Due

Week 5:

Tues 1st March: Room 3 Museum Visit 

Wed 2nd March: Swimming

Fri 4th March: School swimming sports

Week 6:

Wed 9th March: Swimming

Week 8:

Mon 21st March: Otago Anniversary Day.

Friday 25th March: Good Friday, no school.
