Music Lessons Are Underway

Over 240 students have enrolled to learn musical instruments this year and lessons started for most students last week.

Well done to all students who enrolled on time to learn a musical instrument and to those who got to their lessons at the right time and venue last week. It was great to see and hear our Performing Arts Centre (PAC) so busy! Students can check their lesson times on the noticeboard in the PAC. Depending on how your child's music teacher operates, invoices for term one lessons will be sent home over the next week or so, or fees will be added to your next school account.

Choirs and orchestra started last week too with impressive numbers of students having a go. Over 50 boys came along to our boys' choir so we look forward to hearing them perform later in the year. Rooms 2 and 4 started their class ukulele sessions last week and Rooms 13 and 1 started their marimba sessions with Mrs Mepham.
