What's hot in the Kitchen?

Term 4 has seen some amazing food being created and eaten in the Foods Room.

Term 4 has seen 2 groups of Y7 classes complete their final rotation in Foods for the year.  With the unit based around adding flavours and textures, each partnership have come up with some amazing and innovative end results. Biscuits, bread, muffins and burgers have all be made and eaten this term.  Hopefully some made it home!

The Y8's were also creating their own food and using all their prior knowledge to make innovative and tasty food. They made all types of pastry - puff, short and choux, and designed their Perfect Pie.  They decorated biscuits they made and finished off with a Mystery Box Challenge which is always fun with their class teachers as the Judges.
