What's hot in the Kitchen with the Year 8's?

With the end of the term the Year 8's are still busy in the kitchen.

The year 8's have been busy working on their piping skills this half of the term. They have made and iced biscuits, found out what choux pastry can do, created some Cat's tounges and tuiles, and played with melted chocolate. They have finished the term with The Mystery Box Challenge where some interesting recipes were created.

All students have been emailed the recipes so they can cook over the holidays.  Their workbooks/reports will be available to come home in the first week of next term.
