Term 3 Gone - Term 4 Here

The third term sure did race by in the blink of an eye.

The third term sure did race by in the blink of an eye. Amid the multiple activities and sports that the students were involved in they still found time to produce some quality work while completing their Inquiry Investigations. I look forward to showing this work to the Year Nine Deans of the various secondary schools that come to Balmacewen Intermediate late in November to find out more about the students as they start the transition to high school.

Already this fourth term seems to be racing by in similar fashion to what happened to the third term. Production has already proven to be a highlight with many Room Thirteen students treading the boards during Histogram. Athletics dominated the first week, the Year Eight Touch Tournament is now underway, fundraising continues for the Challenge Day Out and the visit of Harold the Giraffe is imminent. We live in exciting times.

Only seven more weeks until 'Balmacewen Friends' is heard again but there is much to do in the interim.
