Room 14 - 2018 'Here We Come!'

What an awesome start to the 2018 school year! The 33 degree temperatures made for some sweltering conditions on our first day back, but we SURVIVED! 

What a great start to the year! It was great to meet the class of Room 14 for 2018! I was extremely impressed with how well everyone handled the day and how welcoming the Year 8 students were towards the new Year 7's. 

The morning consisted of introduction activities and discussing the term, and year ahead. After morning tea we completed an orientation activity with our 'buddy class' which is Room 10.

During the afternoon we met up as a syndicate and participated in a number of team building challenges and activities. 

I was extremely impressed with the start that all the students in Room 14 made and I'm really looking forward to the year ahead.
