Toy swap

• Bring your toy/s (limit 2 per person) to swap or give away

• Toys need to be clean, in good condition and have all of their pieces. No violent or horror themed toys accepted eg

no toy guns, knives or swords

• You may want to attach a note to your toy giving details such as the name of the toy, when you got it and why it has been special to you

• The toy swap will only be open to those who have brought toys to swap

• Bring your toy to the Toy Swap stand. Each toy will be assigned a value by a supervisor and the swapper will get a coloured ticket to swap for another toy of similar value

• Toys ideally to be small in size, easily handled and displayed. No bikes, trikes or clothing.

Big Value Christmas toy swap and gift making is an initiative run by a group of Dunedin Social service agencies to help reduce financial pressure at Christmas and to encourage reuse and recycling.
