Once again this year the Year 8 Team has been delighted with the way in which the students have grown, from displaying leadership skills, through to showing self-responsibility for their work and actions.

The Year 8 Staff would like to take this opportunity to thank the families and friends of our students for the support you have provided over the year. Without your role as camp helper, trip supervisor, aspire taxi driver… we would not be able to provide the exciting programmes that we have been able to do.

Once again this year the Year 8 Team has been delighted with the way in which the students have grown, from displaying leadership skills, through to showing self-responsibility for their work and actions. We would like to congratulate the students on their aptitude to the task at hand.

Term 4 has seen us cover one of our most important units of work, the “Moving Up, Moving On” programme. Hopefully your child has shared the messages of these lessons with you. Being able to talk to parents and families about the pressures of puberty is an important strategy to successfully navigate these challenges.

We would like to wish both you and your child all the best for the next chapter of their schooling. It is pleasing to see so many students applying themselves in class and getting involved in extracurricular activities. Taking this can do attitude forward will see your child make the most of the high school years.

We wish everyone a happy and safe festive season.
