Welcome back to Term Two!

Our term integrated theme topic is called WONDERMENT - looking at the awe and wonder of science and technology. Within our topic our key phrase is can I prove it, make it, create it. Within this topic we are going to be looking at Forces - with flight and dragster race cars creating the inspiration for our creating and making. with our PBL focus. We also have a number of Year 8 activities - a large ball skills tournament at the Edgar centre, Paper Plane fly of, Dragster racers competition.  This term we also start our Full Steam Ahead friday sessions - focusing on learning some new skills under the STEAM banner of science, technology, engineering, arts and maths. 

Of course another main highlight for our class this term will be CAMP. This will be a great  opportunity to spend the week together working on our team building and confidence in the outdoors as we take on a range of challenges.
