What's hot in the Kitchen with the Year 7's?

Term 3 sees a new unit with the Year 7 groups. We are focusing on modifying recipes with our own choices of flavours and textures.

Some students are being very bold and creative with their flavour choices and learning than not all foods pair well. Others are playing safe with more traditional combinations.  We have modified biscuits, bread, muesli and our final recipe is a burger.
