Y8's in the Kitchen

The last group of Y8 Students have started in the foods room.

The students have made a good start in foods. Savoury scones, spaghetti bolognaise, fried rice, and potato cakes were all made. Now we have moved on to our base pastries - puff, short and choux. We have also looked at dumpling and wonton pastry and how they are different to traditional western-style pastry.
