Kia Ora families and friends of our Year 8 Whanau,

All classes are heavily involved in completing their Term 1 Zoo Creature investigation.  We are all impressed with the creativity that the students are displaying in the development of their creatures.  It is great seeing the creatures come alive.

A highlight of this process will be the opportunities for families to come in and view the creations.  There will be a sharing session on Wednesday the 10th of April from 3:15pm to 6:00pm. This will be for all  classes and it will be set up in Block 2.  We are all looking forward to seeing you there!

The Berwick Camp experience is sure to be a major highlight of your child’s time at Balmacewen.  The cost of this week at camp is $250, which can be paid off, in installments, at the school office.  If you are experiencing difficulty with the cost of this activity then please contact Mr Hunter, as it is our wish that all students take part in this activity.  Room 22 is the first class to head off to camp ,which will be during the last week of this term.  The programme looks amazing and we wish them all the best.

Thanks once again for all your support.
