Daffodil Day

Next Friday is Daffodil Day in Aotearoa. This is a fundraiser for the Cancer Society who do an amazing job in our community every year.

At Balmacewen we are having a non-uniform day where students need to wear something yellow to show their support. It could be something little like a pair of socks or a hair tie or students can go hard and dress up in all yellow if they want to.

If students choose to dress up they need to bring $2 which will be collected by their class councillor when they arrive at school on Friday morning. There will be a small prize for the class that is the most yellow.

All donations will be greatly appreciated.
