It has been a fantastic term in Year 7 and we are proud of our students who continue to shine in many ways both in and out of our classrooms. Tino pai!

It has been a very busy and exciting term filled with remarkable achievements and memorable events.

Last week a group from each class had the opportunity to present to the team at Animation Research Limited. This was a fantastic opportunity and a credit to all of the hard work from all our students on our science based PBL this term. Please check out all of the websites from each class below.

Well done to all our students who participated in the Cross Country with a special mention to the impressive results at the Otago Cross Country. Your hard work and dedication have truly shone through. Congratulations to Arnelle, Lewis, Fleur, and Toby in particular for their outstanding performances. We also had outstanding results at the O'Mathalon - well done to Will, Shaun, Lewis, Alex who won the Year 7 event.

Let's not forget the immense pride we all felt witnessing the exceptional performance at Polyfest by our Kapa Haka group. The many hours of practice certainly paid off and you were amazing! This week some of our students have also been lucky enough to attend the Koru Games and represented our school with pride and displayed our school PERK values throughout the week. Well done to you all!

I would also like to take the time to say a huge thank you to our dedicated student teachers who have contributed significantly to our students learning throughout this term and we wish you all the best for your teaching careers.

As we look forward to Term Four focus 'pARTicipate" ; we are excited to delve into the world of ARTS, with activities planned in music, dance, drama, storytelling, and narrative writing. It promises to be a term filled with creativity and expression.

Finally, wishing everyone a safe and joyful holiday break, and may you return rejuvenated and ready to embrace the new term ahead.
