Touch Term 1

We have had 10 teams playing for Balmacewen down at the Kensington Oval in Term 1. Balmac Tornadoes, Cyclones, Hurricanes, Thunder, Lightning and Storm in the boys grade and the Balmac Lions, Pumas, Panthers and Tigers in the Girls grade.

We are very grateful to the parents and ex-students who help us out each week with the coaching and managing as we cannot do this without you. Thank you all very much.

The finals night saw some damp conditions which made it good for diving. But all teams played in good spirits and had a great evening.

A huge congratulations goes to the Balmac Lions for winning the Elite Girls Grade in a dramatic drop off which saw a huge 10 minutes of extra time playing 3 on 3. This was a great effort from the whole team with some amazing defensive work and attacks.

We are all looking forward to seeing what term 4 brings. We re-trial for these teams at the end of Term 3.
