Mihi Whakatau 2018

On Friday Year 7 students and new staff were formally welcomed to Balmac with a Mihi Whakatau. This involved speeches, haka, waiata and finished with the sharing of kai. It was a great occasion to be involved in and we all feel privileged to now be a part of such a special school. An experience we will remember for a while! Please have a look at the video below.
