Y8 Foods

We are well on the way for our perfect pies being made over the next couple of weeks.

The Y8 students have been working towards making their designer pies. They have played with various styles of pastry, and sauces over the past 3 weeks.  They have made spaghetti bolognese and cheese sauce. We have made fruit tarts with short pastry and apple turnovers with puff pastry. We also played with different pastry and made wontons, dumplings and spring rolls and all enjoyed eating them!
