A group of 25 students have been exploring the world of cake decorating over the past 5 weeks.

The Gifted and Talented Foods group have been having fun learning some techniques of working with icing and cake decorating.  We learnt some simple ways to decorate cup cakes, then played with fondant, colouring it and creating our animals. We made a base for our animals to sit on.  We had a go at making cake pops, and finally we had a chocolate cake challenge. The end creations were fantastic.
