Financial Assistance
There are unavoidable costs associated with education. Any parent or guardian who is experiencing difficulty in paying may approach the principal in confidence to seek help to overcome problems. There are agencies such as the JR McKenzie Trust and Birthright who can be approached for support.
Class Activities
Where small amounts of money are requested to meet the costs of special activities, e.g. bus trips, the school policy is that money must be paid before the service is provided.
Donation
A donation of $75.00 is sought to contribute to the payment of materials for workshop craft, home economics, art and craft, and for photocopying associated with class learning activities.
Stationery
Pupils receive their lists of stationery requirements on the first day of school. All items may be bought from the school shop which operates during the first week. We strongly recommend that each pupil own a good dictionary.
